Steven Manuel, RHI is the principal inspector for Coastal Property Inspection Inc.

Steven is an honours graduate trained in Home Inspection through Humber College, and has a strong focus on continuing education with home inspection related courses and seminars. These comprehensive courses ensure he has the most up to date technical information available for the benefit of his clients. Clients will also benefit from his 12 years of experience in building renovation and maintenance.

Steven is a registered member (RHI) of the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (CAHPI-Atlantic), and is a Canadian National Certificate Holder for home inspection (#NCA-00158). These designations are the highest recognised standards in Canada, and are obtained only by inspectors who have met the toughest standards in education, experience, and ethics.
